I'm surprised you didn't include Dr Andreas Eenfeldt's talk The Food Revolution - AHS 2011 available on You Tube.
[youtube FSeSTq-N4U4 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FSeSTq-N4U4 youtube]

I think it's important ordinary people understand that living without junk/processed food is possible and is being tried by nearly 25% of the Swedish population and while this is demonstrably increasing butter sales it's also turning the rate of obesity incidence.
It may not be Paleo but it's moving the general public in the right direction.

One assumes you want actual data rather than just a theoretical framework?

I'm trying to get funding approved. Let's just hope it makes it past the ethics panel.
